I have heard that the person doing the Hearthstone mod couldn't keep up with 
Blizzind's updates. So Blizzard supposedly took over accessibility a while ago. 
From what I've seen on YouTube, though, it's hit-and-miss whether the game will 
play well with a user's computer. 
I've also heard of a mod that makes World Of Warcraft at least somewhat 
accessible. Especially the classic version, since it's easier to navigate; this
