You can still get keys online just fine. My last key replacement email
is from March of 2024.
If your order is absolutely ancient (well over a decade at this point)
you may need to contact them. Responses can take a little bit. My last
non-automated interaction was in January of 2023 and took about a week
to come through, but was thorough and complete.
For the most part I would say that GMA is idle but alive: you can buy
the games and get new keys, but updates are exceedingly unlikely. Keep
in mind most of them came out when Windows xp was still the primary OS,
so they are beginning to age.
Full of bugs seems somewhat excessive: there are some bugs and they are
unlikely to be resolved at this point, but claiming them to be so severe
that the games should be abandoned is incorrect and ignores the fact
that the games are over 20 years old and still quite playable.
