Hi, There should be plenty of places to buy milk. I do not know the level of your character so not sure on where you should specifically look. Try general stores I would say.
One thing you can try is the questinfo channel. Ask there for locations of mob or other items. Not all questions there have to refer back to a quest. General info questions are asked there a lot. If you know the locate spell that is quite helpful to use. If you wish to milk a animal there too are many to choose from. Cows of course. Also nanny goats, camels, and just about anything else you can think of to milk there is probably at least one of those running around. A while back they tried to implement the command of where milk. I do not think they ever got it work right.
