Hi John, Thanks for responding. Sorry, I should have clarified I'm attempting to use the web client on a Mac and an iPhone.
When I type qcsalon.net in Safari, I get the following: "Safari ca't connect to the server. Safari can’t open the page “https://qcsalon.net” because Safari can’t connect to the server “qcsalon.net”." So I can't even access the website to contact them about a problem. Any idea what might be going on here?
