The steam application does need some help. Not sure which screen reader you use, but last time I had to log in, it read the places where you enter the verification code as buttons, not an edit field.  The bigger problem I had was that even though my entire system uses English, the app was showing me Chinese.  I still am not sure how I solved that one. I don't remember whether I had to just do a complete reinstall since I couldn't read menus in Chinese or what.

Hi everyone, I’m having some issues with the steam application for windows I
just installed it but when I open it there seems to be some edit boxes where I
can enter a username or password I guess but it’s not super clear as to if
that’s what those are for or not with the screen reader and it just generally
seems to be not very accessible so I’m wondering if anyone has any thoughts or
suggestions
