To put it another way, Simon has you remembering sequences of different tones, 
Henry has you remembering where different sounds are.

Another difference is that I do not like Simon type games, but am enjoying the 
heck out of Henry.

With henry, it's only one correct sound to win the game, but you have to hunt 
for the sound, rather than being able to permanently learn where each sound is.
I've played Simon before but never Henry. But that's the difference I see based 
on what Geen wrote and what I've played.
