Hi Mich, it was the screw and plastic screw-post that was rattling around. This was a really unusual break. You could only break it that way by trying to pull the two halves of the body apart. During testing, we were dropping the system, kicking it and standing on it to make sure it was robust, but we never thought to try and pull it apart like that.
