Hi, Danielle.
As you may or may not know pay pal is a internet service for doing money
transfers from bank accounts to other accounts, billing credit cards,
etc. In fact, my company USA Games is going to be using them as part of
our checkout system.
There is two ways pay pal can be used. If they are used as a checkout
system as I am going to be doing an account is not required for customers.
However, the second method is those who are full members with an
account. You would sign up for the service, (note sighted help will be
needed for the initial setup,) and then you would enter in information
about your financial institution, routing numbers, etc. You then are
asked to varify a small money transfer to your checking account. Once
done you are setup for the service.
Once setup for the service you are able to recieve payments from others,
pay other pay pal members, wire money between accounts, etc. It is
really great for those sorts of transactions.
