I should note that you will see all your pograms, and all the all users programs. I use add remove for good which aint ms. I suggest you go to www.4developers.com or 4dev.com, I forgot and get it. its only 8 bucks us and well worth it. It is only 500k in size so can run on a flash drive if desired. I don't use addremove at all. I use the util. Kereo needing a password. hmmm thats weird unless you actually had a password set. Uninstall and reinstall kereo. How to contact ms support. To contact microsoft, reformat. For those who want a slightly longer answer, format your hard drive, because thats what you have to do. Ms support are nothing but trouble. According to a network tech I know from a training school for blind they are as dumb as bricks, at least the level1 support is. I had loads of trouble. One day I had problems with msn messanger and speech in the control panel. THe recognition engines and things. I emailed them. They want screenshots which I gave them. They wanted system info for each system and each thing on it which I gave them. Then they told me. Delete this reg entery, kill that load that and reboot. Nothing. Kill this then reboot. Something did happen. The problem was worse. I had no control panel. Managed to get stuff working partially so complained. They havn't returned my mail since. So I did a reformat and then complained about the problem not being resolved. And nothing was done about it. I still have the problem. If you want to still use ms support, then reformat and forget the email. You won't miss it. You can try reporting a bug on windowsupdate.com, but I don't know if ms will respond to it. Ok guys I was screwed by the system in part so I have not got faith in that. If you got better, then stick with ms support. Personally I wasted 2 weeks. and 4 days. 4 days of wasted support emails and 2 weeks with reformat. Wander why they didn't just tell me reformat. I had good plans for those 4 wasted days. If I could go and swear on here I would. ms support is a flipping waste of fliping time. Don't use them because they suck.
