I believe he's asking where to *get* them. If you want surround sound, it's speakers--headphones aren't going to cut it.
If you want a starter system, pick up a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! Value edition for twenty to forty bucks, or a comparable generic brand, and a cheap set of 4.1 surround sound speakers. This includes the two front and two rear channel speakers and a sub woofer to sit on your floor.
