I don't believe we've received any messages from you.

However, whether or not to offer registration key replacements is currently 
under 
consideration by Draconis management.

It should be the user's responsibility to maintain backups of their keys.  Few 
if any 
mainstream companies offer key replacements when the keys are not hardware 
bound.

We should have news on the final decision regarding this in the next few weeks.
