Oops. Correction. The game I just got my hands on is Jedi Knight Ambush
at Altyr 5.
It is a pretty old title, 1998, release, but I am finding it a really
fun game to play. I have played enough VI games by sound only I am able
to use the sound panning enough to orient myself to target and kill the
invading troopers on levels 1 and 2. Not to mention it makes pick up
sounds when I pickup Imperial weapons, and ammo, etc.
For those of you unfamiliar with this title, the game intro starts out
with your character talking to Mara Jade about the Empire moving
asteroids over the planet, and invading the Jedi base. You leave Mara
Jade, and then you are in the game.
You are in a room, explosions all around, warnings of Imperial Storm
Troopers have entered the base, and you are carying your trusty light saber.
I've gotten allot of good ideas just from what part of it I was able to
play before dying.
I especially liked the game voice overs from the trooper's like, "There
is another dead rebel." "Stop right there.":
Of course, when they said stop right there, I usually activated my saber
and cut down the poor sucker who said it. Grin.
