Hi Sky, I think you might have acedentally renamed the file when you were copying it. soundhelp.dm is just a text file that lists the sounds that should be played in the sound help function. If you rename the file, soundhelp.dm then copy it into the folder named Sarah and the Castle of Witchcraft and Wizardry which is inside the folder named c:\program files You should get windows saying over write y or n hit y Then try it out by running the game and hitting the sound help item.
