Hi Folks, I promised everyone a public demo in 2005 of Sarah and the Castle of Witchcraft and Wizardry, so now it is up on my web site and it is 11:59 pm. A public beta means that a partial version of the game will be available for all people to try out for free. I will not sell the game until it is finished. The game is written using the GMA game engine so it will be similar to Shades of Doom. In other words a first person shooter, but instead of guns you get different magic spells. The demo will allow you to only explore the ground floor, basement and dungeon levels of the Hogwarts Castle for twenty minutes. At that point the game will stop, but you can play as many times as you wish with the above restrictions. The game is 104 MB in size and the link is below.
