Chuckle,
In point of fact 99% of people who live in towns with beach in the name 
don't live on the beach.  That previllidge is reserved for the 
wealthy!  Chuckle, I know, I lived in Califfornia for 40 years.   BTw, even 
of that 1 percent who live on the beach, about 2 out of every 20 may be 
surfers.  Just a bit of trivia.
