well I hope he stops rocking before he gets to Japan and possibly the worlds 
media, else people will think all blind people do it.
a lot do, but I think its embarrassing not only for the individual, but for 
the people around them. in the famous words of 1 of part of a double act 
called cannon and ball, "rock on Tommy"
