Just to clarify on legal poker. In most of the states yes poker on line is illegal to run, but not to play. The servers in witch the poker is ran on has to be in a state where it is legal to play. Only a few states is it legal to play in a public place with others. Most of the on line poker sites are ran out of the USA jurisdiction. So If going to play on line poker. You might want to check into where it is being held at, because international laws come in play when dealing with money out of the country. You also have to take a look at there charges is it in there money or translated to US currency with charges.
