LOL  Yes, there were screen-readers back then, see Jaws for Dos, ASAP (the 
one I used to use), and I think Dectalk and Arctic too, though I think those 
might have been for the Apple rather than Dos.  LOL My memory's a tad fuzzy 
after all these years.

Hmmm.  Maybe I could install my old ASAP, if I can find it that is, and use 
it in MS Dos mode to play.  I forgot about that.

Actually, what I'm thinking now is that it would be awesome, although a 
massive project, to convert the Eamon series games to the Inform format that 
the game pack that you download with the winfrotz interpreter are written 
in, because then they could be played in windows using the interpreter.

AS for where I found the Eamon Delux bundle, I'll find the page again and 
send it to the list.
