Read the blasted manual where it talks about the differences between the demo and the full version. I'll bet it says something about remapping the keys. Fact is, I know that it does, because I offered it as a suggestion before I played the game, and the very answer was posted to this very list, and I'll bet I know where the person who gave me the answer got it from.
