If you had read the manual you would know why the demo wasn't working 
for you. Smile.
FYI. To play you must use the number pad on a full sized keyboard. Those 
are the only movement keys the game understands. Those keys can be 
changed to a laptop mode, but only can be changed in the full release 
and not in the demo currently.
This is an issue I am willing to take up with James myself. i have no 
problems with the game other than not allowing laptop users the same 
abilities as full size keyboard users.
Anyway, I believe you have a desktop system, and if you try Monty on 
that you will find it is an exilant game all things considered.
