Hi Chris,
Unfortunately, I do not think there is a easy way to get the rest of the
info on 3.5 character creation.
If you buy the books there are illustrations behind the text making it very
difficult and near impossible to scan.
The people at wizzards are selling some of the books in PDF format which can
be read by your JFW if you have the latest adobe reader.
But they have not released the core books in this format yet.
To play 3.5 in our d and d group we had to get a sighted person to read the
missing info and tell us what it contained.
Since the sighted person did the dice rolls to set up the characters and
number of feats and experience levels and hit points I do not remember what
the rolls were.
Since then we have gone back to playing the second edition rules which are
available in electronic formats.
