I am also having trouble now with the acid pits in Monty. It used to be that
if you were walking and you heard like two crumbling sounds you could jump, at
least that's how it was in MB. but in Monty, when you're walking, you only
hear one crumbling sound, then it goes back to the sound like you're walking on
a normal ledge thing again. So I'm not sure where and when to jump.

so many of you describe what it looks like after finishing the first level,
so I suppose you had to get through the pits in the first one. :-)
So, could anyone please reveal any tips or strategies or so as to how to get
