Hi,

Constructive criticism is always welcome.

The registration system of using a hot key from the main menu has been used by
several
game companies, including ESP. We've more or less adopted it, but have
considered other
methods, such as menu options.

The FAQs on the web site explain the registration process, and we plan on
including that in
auto-generated e-mails from the store in the future. We're a little swamped,
so it hasn't
been a priority.

Basically, we wait until the credit card processor approves the transaction.
That is almost
always within 24 hours, and frequently much, much less.

As soon as it is approved, we issue a registration key.

Thanks for the comments, and we hope all this information is helpful.
