Dear Customers,
All Alchemy titles are being refunded (Max Shrapnel, Max Server Subscriptions,
and Montezuma's Revenge; other title(s) must be taken up with their respective
legal owners). Please allow six to eight weeks for receipt of refund checks to
allow us to consolidate our databases and update our mailing records.
We wish the accessible games industry the best in the future in realizing what
it hopes to become. Quite honestly, we no longer have the patience in dealing
with a certain impatient faction of the community who doesn't equate
development time with quality.
All customers who have pre-ordered will be contacted shortly via e-mail or
telephone regarding their refunds. This decision is final.
