Here's a copy of the list guidelines.

Blind Gamer's Guidelines

1. All new members subscribing to the Blind Gamers list are automatically put
on moderated status. Once posts have been deemed appropriate, the member will
then be free to post without each subsequent post needing approval.

2. A list member deemed to have broken the guidelines, will receive one private
warning message. If they continue to break the guidelines, they will be
put back on moderated status or removed from the list. A message will be sent
to the member and the list, explaining who was removed and why.

3. The moderators reserve the right to remove/ban a list member immediately,
without a prior warning, if the circumstances are felt to warrant a rapid
response.
This may be, for example, because the offender is posting unacceptable
material, such as, a salacious or defamatory nature, piracy, cracking/hacking of
any software, not just games. and the moderators feel it is likely to continue
or be repeated in the future. It will be left to the discretion of individual
moderators as to whether a list member is moderated, removed or banned. No
prior consultation between moderators will be required before action is taken.

4. If it is deemed necessary, a list member may be temporarily put on moderated
status, if they refuse to comply with a directive from a moderator. E.g.
if a list member does not stop posting on a closed topic of conversation.

5. while off topic posting is permitted, the moderators will use their
discretion as to how long an off topic discussion may continue on the list. the
moderators
will also decide what is classified as off topic.

6. at present the moderators and the owners are one in the same, and their
decision is final. if however a member feels unfairly dealt with by one
moderator,
they can appeal to the other moderator to explain why they feel unfairly
treated. the moderators will then discuss the situation and make a joint
decision
which is final.

7. so that members breaking the above guidelines cannot claim they did not know
such guidelines existed, they will be posted to the list once a month, on
the first of each month. we strongly advise everyone to keep a copy of these
guidelines for their future reference.
