Hi, Alex. Actually, what needs to happen is for a developer to aquire the rights to the engine both runtime and source. From what James has stated it sounds like everything to do with Alchemy is finished. I imagine that includes the engine as well. He may have licensed it out, but could have refunded the license. I am currently attempting to contact James on behalf of USA Games and see if I can take over the rights to some of the stuff Alchemy was working on. I can't say I would move any faster with producing the products, but I would at least like to finish them.
