Hello Gerry. I think that if your pre-order were to be left in place it
would cause more problems because of the fact that if the deal goes
through then Tom and James would have to be concerned with transferring
the money already received for Raceway.
It's probably best for you to receive your refund and when and if the
deal goes through then you can order it.
Again, I say when and a big if. We do not know if this will even go
through.
