Hi, Raul. You'll really love using css style sheets. The advantage to using them is easier updating of your site. If you want to change a faunt style, color, etc you just modify one file, the *.css file, and wam the entire site is updated. It also gives your sites/sites a uniform feel quickly, and without the added stress of modifying the body tags, faunt tags, etc just to get the look you want. As for your force Feedback wheel just wait until I can get USA Raceway on the market. Grin. Although, at the moment I am patiently waiting for James North to hand over the source for Raceway.
