hello crissy,

do you have sapi installed on your computer? because if you chose sapi from 
the config program and dont have it installed, that may cause sucha runtime 
error
another suggestion is to go to
c:\program files\lighttech interactive\the horse racing game\data and 
pressing enter on CData.exe
if the problem persists, please email me off list at
