Hello charles and Thomas, Thank you for your suggestions, they are really helpful.
I really like the seperate poll concerning the web site that charles suggested, I think that could definatly be a good idea. My own thoughts in the manner of demos versus full games is this. Demos are made to attract someone to a game in hopes to sell that game. The player chooses to download it and play it. If the demo player likes the demo, he or she will shell out money to buy that game based on a demo. I know that is how I work, and I wish I could ask James North if his sales for the monty game increased by a large amount once he put out a demo. That would be interesting to hear. Anyway, If people are willing to shell out money for a game that they only get a taste of, it should be good enough to vote on. At least in my opinion, other people might have other ideas. If others have an opinion on this now is the time before this thread closes down. I am not sure about the winfrots thing either. So I guess it should just be dropped for another time. Online games that blind people play should be in the poll, at least I believe so. I think there should be plenty of sites out there like muds and such to warrent it. I am sorry charles, are you saying that the prize for the winner of the poll gets to have his game and name in audissey, or do you mean that a separate prize should also be awarded, like money or a gift certificate or something? I wasnt sure what you meant. As for best of's... best game, best sound, best controls, best options and features for game play, I am not sure what other catagories might fit in, but maybe there isnt a great number of games out there to really be too choosy in this situation. Thanks again guys for your suggestions. allan The truth will set you free...
