All ships and bases have the ability to fire all weapons, or smaller
bursts. One of the reasons, the Borg, is the main reason. Grin.
The Borg are impossible to where down, they adapt after a while so using
your weapons to much and to often will render them useless, and the only
way to kill them is an all out attack and blast them with every thing
you have.
