Yes you can but I think what Yohandi was suggesting is that if you get a 
dynamic hosting service then we know that ivan has one and only one 
host. Nomatter what the ip is.

This was my suggestion to you as well from an earlier message. In the 
end you can certainly do what you want but I bet you will have more 
racers if you get a host instead of having people juggle ip addresses 
around especially if they change over and over.
