Sorry, I should have been more specific.
Any time I push a key or command and whenever the  game gives me information 
like radiation levels, time left etc and so forth.
  I will get a loud buzzing sound, although buzzing is not the appropriate 
word for it, since I am not sure what to call it to properly describe it. 
Just take my word for it that it is loud and  disconcerting.
In addition,  leaving the program tends  to bring about that same sound as 
well.
I really  like the ideas coming out of light tech and I hope that new file 
you mentioned that you put up will solve this problem.
