Hi Mike or anyone that can answer this question as to describe this game 
more. I am not sure of this type of game play. Thanks for the info.

  Hello, everyone. I was searching for a Windows version of Rogue which the
  Jaws cursor would automatically focus on your character. This is the main
  reason I don't use the Zrogue version which you could theoretically play
  with Winfrotz. I didn't find the original rogue but instead found two
  excellent enhanced versions. These are Advanced Rogue version 7.7 and 
Xrogue
  version 8.0. Make certain you get the versions for Windows as there are
  numerous versions for various platforms. you don't seem to have to do
  anything to configure these games so that they'll work. However, as with 
all
  Roguelike games, there's a certain learning curve in terms of knowing how 
to
  use your screen review features to examine a map done in text characters.
