I experience a problem with mud splat all of a sudden. The sounds of
the objects in the game doesn't pan correctly. All the sounds play in
the middle of the sound field instead of panning left and right. If I
hear a monster and I move my arrows, the monster's sound doesn't move
to my left or right as I move. Every sound stays in the middle. I can't
play the game if it is like that. I can't understand it. I have
upgraded to a seleron 1 gig megahertz. I have upgraded to a newer mother
board with onboard sound. The sound is not coming from my sound card
but from the mother board itself. It's excellent sound. Every other
game I play: dark destroyer, show down, duck blaster, works properly,
the sounds pan properly but not mud splat. Mud splat's sounds worked
well before I upgraded. Previously I had the Pentium 3 with 600
megahertz processor and I used a 128 bit sound card.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Mud splat should have a speaker test function anyway
I'm playing with headphones, so I suppose the setup of my speakers
doesn't matter if I use headphones.
