wow.  then there must be someone on 71 who loves their mailing lists.  It's 
a shame that have to be so dificult with this.  I pretty much explained that 
if this couldn't be fixed, I was goign to take my mail services elseware.  I 
might even try and nagociate and see if I can pay a few bucks extra and have 
the mail cue tweaked with.
