a freezer...
the frostfree type... actually do not keep food for long periods of
time...
because the temperature is not kept at about zero.
in order to be frostfree... once every 24 hours.. the freezer goes into
frost free mode... that means... the walls heat up to above freezing...
the melted ice drips down into a drip tray....
and then it re-freezes....
