Like I said yesterday afternoon, if anybody isn't happy with the level of 
research that is being done on here by various list members then by all means 
please do better if you can.  Everybody will benefit from it I'm sure.  In 
other words quit complaining about it already because it seems to me that in a 
lot of ways it's up to us to adapt our skills to what ever job is it at hand.
