I listened to the Handyman show of last week and Don said he was very familiar with and used a circular saw guide from Sears called the Craftsman Accu-rip saw guide. He said that it would take sighted assistance to set it up the first time and get it adjusted to the zero point. He went on to say that it was extremely accurate to whatever width you set it after that. Therefore, I have to assume that it has a rule scale on it and this would make sense to me.
My question is: Are the markings on the rule scale designed in such a way that a totally blind guy can read the scale and rely on it for his adjustment of the tool? Thanks for any information anyone can provide. ---------- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
