It is a rectangular stand with a groove going down the middle of it. There are two rods that are screwed into the stand that stick straight up and are able to be moved up to a 45 degree angle. There is a solid piece between the two rods that slides up and down on the rods. In this piece there is another piece that your drill attaches to and then there is another chuck to put in the drill bit that you want to use. I got it from an Ace hardware here in Denver.
