I believe Andy has a concrete slab in his house. The flooring was contracted by Lowe's. The boards started popping up because apparently the wrong adhesive was used. The original installers tried drilling holes into the wood and injecting glue. This did not work. The flooring was removed and a new bamboo installed at Lowe's expense and Andy's inconvenience. The new flooring has been in for about three weeks or so.
