Greetings everyone! Ok, this is an interesting thing I want to bring up. The
end off my laptop's AC broke off, and my girlfriend promptly lost it while
trying to match it in the store with another one. But, I was wondering.
Could somebody wielding that useful implement, a soldering iron, replace it
should such a thing happen again?
Now for the tip. Any of you with personal note takers such as a braille lite
or bns take...well, take note. If you find hte battery no longer holds a
charge, take it to a modeling shop that sells model airplane parts. You an
buy nicad sells that that will work in the notetaker. The unit has a battery
pack, all you need to do is match the five cells and solder them together
into the pack and re solder the connection. Best part is, it'll only cost
you about 50 or 60 bucks, versus the 200 fs might charge to do exactly the
same thing. Just thought yall should know.
Robert: doing my good deed!
