Hi this is Mister cheep. I had mentioned in a post some time ago that most of my tools are GSS brand. That stands for garage sale special. I don't know much about the tech part of speakers but I don't like listening to cheep junk but on the other hand for home use a set of average speekers with a fairly desent range is good enough for me until I can afford some really top end speekers. If I go to get top end speekers of cource I would need a good system to drive them or I would just be pissing away money. At least that is my understanding. Well to make a short story long I found a nice set of DDS speekers some years ago and I am very satisfied with them. At least for now. DDS stands for dumpster diver special. I actually don't know what brand they really are because there is no plate of any kind on either speeker. Either on the front or on the back. Before you scoff I don't really dumpster dive but my wife saw a corner of the speeker sticking out of the dumpster and I told her forget about it but she persisted. I looked at them and we took them. They say you get what you pay for but on a rare ocation you do actually get more. Well I better make this post about handy man stuff so I will say. For those like me that are looking to get started with some crude wood projects construction dumpsters could be useful Just make sure there are not laws in the area that prohibit you from taking from construction dumpsters without permission.

The reason I went gold was for one specific reason. they have a safe point when running fantom power. it is also to do with the desk's natural warmth. yes its a digital but it feels and can sound like an analogue valve mixer rig. the console I use is a real beauty. so sound and hardware are essential. right now I wanna find some real old keyboards, synths nd all that and have a nice collection. besides a few rare pieces and home made synths, a theremin and my beloved lazer harp lew [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] To listen to the show archives go to link http://acbradio.org/handyman.html or ftp://ftp.acbradio.org/acbradio-archives/handyman/ The Pod Cast address for the Blind Handy Man Show is. http://www.acbradio.org/news/xml/podcast.php?pgm=saturday The Pod Cast address for the Cooking In The Dark Show is. http://www.gcast.com/u/cookingindark/main.xml Visit The Blind Handy Man Files Page To Review Contributions From Various List Members At The Following address: http://www.jaws-users.com/handyman/ Visit the new archives page at the following address http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ For a complete list of email commands pertaining to the Blind Handy Man list just send a blank message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Yahoo!
