Well Max,
I would have to vote for a sheet vinyl or tile. They would be the easiest to 
keep clean.   Are you planning to insulate the walls ceiling and floor, 
sheetrock so you can heat and air condition?   Anything else will limit how 
much you can use it depending on outside temperature.  Sounds wike a neat 
sheet.  How about cloning it and shipping me one?
