Ok, Let me get this clear. If I go to my local lumber-yard/home improvement store and tell them I have 6 steps, 4 feet long, 8 inches high and 1 foot wide with a drop of 4 feet from porch surface to the ground. The guy will disappear and come back with steps that even I can assemble?
