Hi Guys, I just got off of the phone with a guy in my neighborhood who wants to swop me a "Shop-smyth with all of the attachments for a race built automatic transmission I don't really need or want. I went over to his house and looked it over and it seems like kind of a cool thing but what the hell! do I know about wood-working tools. I like the idea of the band saw attachment, the drum sander, the freehand grinding wheel and there is a whole bunch of very neat shit I don't even know about however being an avowed tool junky it looks like something I could learn from. Unless I am missing something the idea of a central power unit driving a variety of tools kind of appeals to me. I am actually considering a project that will throw me head-long in to the world of wood-working and would like to know if this "Shopsmyth" thing might be a good place to start.
