My goodness man! 25 gallons of water is one hell of a weight! Even your American gallons must weigh a couple of hundred pounds.
I would hustle out quick and get me a sump pump, they aren't all that expensive and a few lengths of hat hose out a window. They aren't all that powerful but will eject probably hundreds of gallons an hour.
