Hi, I sanded out my work bench. Is it a good idea to seal it again? Would a poliurathan or some clear coat be good? It is pretty beat up but I like the idea of it being sealed to keep the splinters down. It does not need to look like my dining room table, but it would be nice to be able to take a bit of a beating.
