Hi Keith, I am still a young brewer. I boil water and malt extract in the kitchen just the way you started.
I don't get as elaborate as you. I buy brue kits and all the ingredients are pre measured to achieve a particular brew. I may get in to a larger set up and do more envolved brewing when I retire.
