Hi, I was a little scared today when I went to use     my solar clothes  drier 
and I herd bird chirping sounds thought some thing was wrong with it...

  What I have in my yard, is a pipe in the cement, it is a sleeve. A 2 
  inchX6ft pipe, chain link fence post sinks into that.
  It has a special collar on it that has N,S,E,W hooks for line. One of 
  those is looped back to the house where there is a hook in the birck work 
  and one goes across to a similar collar on an actual fence pipe.
  I'd say $500 is parts and high labor combined.
